Boriunm Dashbaord Privacy and Policy

This policy describes the information we collect or process to support Borium Dashboard service.

What Kinds of information do we collect?

As Borium Dashboard application is a business management application for restaurants, user accounts can be created only by restaurants' staff invitation with email address. Name will be entered only by employers' choice at inviting a staff.

How do we use this information

This email and name data will be only visible to users' employers' administrator level users who manage staff account on Borium Dashboard.

Employers' administrators who manage payroll will be able to see only name to identify your working hour record.

Employers' manager users who have permission to organise working schedule can see only your name.

How is this information shared

No any information shared with any third party outside Borium Dashbaord business users (your employers)

Data retention, account deactivation and deletion

User can make a request to delete account data.

The requests will be processed by users' employers.

Once all staff accounts are deleted by employers, user's personal account will be deleted.

How do we respond to legal requests or prevent harm?

We do not provide personal information which is only email address and name to any one in any case as our service is restaurant staff management system.
