Borium Studio Limited Support Policy
Borium Studio Support is available on phone line, whatsapp and emails.
We do not provide support on Kakaotalk and Line.
Most of the issues can be solved by us over the phone or using remote access.
If issues are caused by Borium software provided by Borium Studio and can be only solved by visiting, there will be no charge.
We can provide onsite support on the request of customers.
There are 3 types of schedule.
Fixed Time: A customer wants our visit on a specific date and time.
Flexible: A customer wants the visit within a range of dates and time.
Fully Flexible: A customer can wait until we travel to other sites near their site and visit after previous schedule.
Price for each type with site location:
* Please refer to Appendix A for the area category information.
* Please note that congestion charge, parking fees or/and any extra cost incurred will be added to the invoice for the support. Any equipment or hardware devices will be also added to the invoice.
We aim to provide as many features as possible by continuous in-house upgrade. However, we also understand that some customers may require special features.
There will be no charge for our software bug fixes or features that are needed for everyone in common sense.
There will be a charge for special features that are required by requestors.
Prices are decided depending on the level of work length and difficulties.
