You can make a request to delete your account from Borium Dashboard Application.
Start "Borium Dashboard" app from your phone.
Login with your email and password.
Click the three line icon on top left corner.
Click "Setting"
On the setting page, click the red "Delete Account" button in the bottom of the page.
Please carefully read how the deletion is processed below and tick the acceptance to proceed the deletion.
Once you submit the deletion request, followings will be processed.
We will check staff accounts for businesses you worked or are currently working.
If there are any places you are working for, we will notify your employer to delete your staff account.
If there are any employee records, your account will be deleted as soon as all of your employers delete your staff accounts.
If found that you do not have any employment, will be deleted immediately.
What will be done:
Delete your email address.
Delete Your Upcoming shift (rota) records.
Unlink your account from your work history.
As your data cannot be deleted at once, you can choose
Keep your account until all employment accounts are deleted and get notification email.
Disable your account now and let us complete the deletion process. (You won't be able to login and get any notification emails)
Before you proceed, please make sure you employments are terminated completely without any payment issue regarding your working hours. Deleting your account before your employer pay you will make them difficult to track your work record.
Then review the list of your staff account list.
Tick a checkbox to keep your personal account until all staff accounts are deleted.
Then tick the checkbox to agree the procedure.
Enter your password.
A button of "Submit request to delete your account" will be enabled in red colour.
Once you click this button, all owner users of each employers will get notification email to delete your staff account.
You will get a notification email when each of your staff account is deleted by your current or previous employer.
Once all your staff accounts are deleted, your personal account will be deleted, and a notification email will be sent to you.
Please note that if you ticked a checkbox to disable your account, you will not be received any notification emails as your email address would have been deleted upon your request.
