This plicy describes the information we collect or process Show Me The Menu service and third party payment services.

Show Me The Menu is a brand of Borium Studio Limited.

User can use services individually without creating an account.

What kinds of information do we collect?

Online takeaway and delivery order

We collect contact number and name to let restaurants process orders. Name can any name that user wants to be called.

Online Booking

We collect name, mobile phone number and email address.

Loyalty Card

We collect email address as mandatory. Name and contact number can be added in the choice of user.

How do we use collected information?

Online takeaway and delivery order

The information of the person who placed order will be passed to restaurants to process order and hand over to correct person. Restaurant can use this information to contact customer on any matter of the orders.

Online Booking

Email address, name and contact number will be visible to restaurants. Restaurants will use this to contact the person who made a reservation if any change or discussion required. Email address will be used as an identification on booking system for records. Emails will be sent to the collected email to provide booking status change notification to user.

Loyalty Card

Email address is collected to use as user identifcation of a loyalty card. Name can be entered to the loyalty account by user voluntarily.

Subscribed User

Email address is collected to use as user ID. The provided email address will require verfification by clicking on a link at subscribing Show Me The Menu on website or application.

How is this information shared

No information will be shared with any third party except the restaurants as described in previous section.

Data retention, account deactivation and deletion.

If the user has a subscribed user account with email address from website or application, the user can cancel the user account to delete the account. The user information such as email, phone number and name will be deleted from booking records.

The user who has not created an account can make a deletion request to Borium Studio Limited by an email (contact@boriumstudio.com). The submitted request will be processed within 3 working days and the user will receive notification email.

Any deleted record will be permanantly deleted from our database. Restoring data will not be possible.
