This policy describes the information we collect or process to support Borium POS service and third party payment service.
Borium POS application do not collect or store any personal information for any purpose except email address if you choose to set an email address to receive POS report. The email address is only used to send sales report. We ask all users to use non personal email address for reporting. API key is required for Dojo integration service.
We collect restaurants' customers' indentity information for integrated internal loyalty program (Show Me The Menu Loyalty) and third party loyalty program partners. Refer to seperate section
Minimum public business information is used to print receipt or bill for your customer. Restaurant name, logo image, address, contact number of business and VAT number will be printed on customers' bills.
Email address is used to send sales report to used. We recommend to use business email or non personal email address.
Host URL and key that are provided by Dojo are stored on a specific device only and used to interact with PaymentSense Dojo server so that PaymentSense Dojo terminal can take payment.
No any information shared with any third party
We do not store any personal data. On the request of termination of Borium POS subscription, your subscription will terminate on the requested date.
We do not provide personal information which is only email address to any one in any case as our service is restaurant sales system. As sales data is stored in your private server, we do not have any information other than email address to use.
Borium POS is capable to handle Show Me the Menu Loyalty program and K-Points loyalty program. By scanning the customers' QR code on loyalty program application, Borium POS may collect personal indentity information such as numeric user id or email address. The collected information will be transfered to indentify user and loyalty point balance as well as grant or deduct user's points. This information will not be shared with non related parties.
